If you do not have an account, you can also proceed by typing your ticket number in the ticket number section. The link in the confirmation e-mail you receive will direct you to the support request you have opened. You can log in to your account to access the support requests you have previously opened and the record of the spare part orders you have given. and are independent of each other. Requires two different registrations. You can use the same email and the same password.
